How do I travel between climbing areas without a car? |

If you're not driving, the bus network in Ireland is your best bet to get to a lot of out of the way places where climbing is located. There are also regional private operators which supplement the main public service Bus Eireann. No guarantees on safety (women on their own should take particular care in out of the way places) but hitch hiking will also be generally successful in rural areas. It's very much a forgotten art in Ireland. Forget about hitching anywhere within the Dublin urban area. The same probably goes for other cities and large towns.
